Our Story

What started as a hobby was later turned into a passion. Hope Cake Pops was born in 2011 in Colton, CA. To know I was able to create a small business by utilizing my creativity and self-taught baking skills, was such a rewarding feeling. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Hope Cake Pops, was at a hiatus from 2014-2018. After taking a brief pause, we are ecstatic to be back. Our mission at Hope Cake Pops is to give you "Sweet Hope" one cake pop/sweet treat at a time.

A special thanks to my husband, Art Latios, for continually supporting my dreams. And to my son, Merrick Latios, for keeping me motivated. Everything I do, I do for you, baby boy.
